Hi there! So glad you found me! My name is Kimberly Jones and I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2010. After spending the first few years in the hair side, waxing caught my attention and I pivoted. Never looked back! Before opening my studio in 2015, I had the pleasure of working for some of the top salons in RVA. It was there that I niched down and perfected my Brazilian waxes. You will find that my menu is limited to highlight women’s bikini services as well as popular small add ons that I specialize in. Or TEXT 804.585.4405 ••••••••••••••••••••••••• Pre-Wax Requirements: -Must be off antibiotics or steroids for at least two weeks -Hair must be at least 3 weeks of growth from last shave, trim, or wax. Please note: This isn’t a rule necessarily just for length but because our hair grows in cycles at different times. Waiting three weeks (or longer!) is the best point to start your waxing journey at. I often hear new guests say “my hair grows fast!” It may seem that way but for BEST results - wait 3+ weeks. If done at the right time, only 1/3 of the hair will grow back in by your following appointment 4 weeks later. And that’s why everyone loves waxing! *** Trimming: Please do NOT trim prior to your appointment. It is extremely common for guests to trim the hair too short and therefore hinder results. During Your Cycle: Waxing while on your period is safe with a tampon or menstrual cup. I provide feminine wipes and tampons in the treatment room in case that time sneaks up on you! That being said - if you’d feel more comfortable rescheduling then I’m happy to do that. Sick: If you’re sick, please stay home and get better. There will not be any fee assessed for late cancellations due to illness. Pregnancy: It’s is 100% safe to wax while pregnant. Guest Policy: Infants and small children are always welcome. Older children may sit in my private waiting room right outside the treatment door. My room is big enough to accommodate a stroller and I can also put on your toddlers favorite tv show! Moms gotta get waxed too 😉
